MIDLIFE BY BROWN • FOR WOMEN 40+
A nurse-led way to steady your blood sugar, your energy, and your next chapter. Most midlife advice stops at hormones. This goes further.
What Past Participants Have Shared
I've led this program several times with private groups. Names stay private, but here's what women have told me:
Lost 10 pounds. One participant who had struggled with her weight for years lost 10 pounds during the program.
"My doctor started adjusting my insulin." A participant managing diabetes with insulin lost more than 5 pounds, and her doctor began lowering her dose.
"My doctor keeps asking what I'm doing." Another came in with borderline blood pressure and prediabetes. She started with water and daily walks, and at her next checkup got a clean bill of health.
Plus a habit that stuck for many: a short walk after every meal.
Names withheld for privacy. Individual results vary. Always work with your healthcare provider, especially before changing medication.
It's Not Just Estrogen. Meet the Other Hormone.
If you're eating the way you always have and your energy, sleep, and waistline still changed after 40, you're not imagining it. Hormonal shifts in midlife change how your body handles sugar: the 3 p.m. crash, new cravings, weight that settles around the middle.
Everyone talks about estrogen. Far fewer talk about insulin, the hormone that manages your blood sugar. Midlife by Brown is where women 40+ learn what's changing, how to read their own numbers, and which daily habits bring things back to steady.

MEET YOUR GUIDE
Meet Sophia Brown, PhD, RN
Nurse • Natural Lifestyle Health Educator • Health Coach • Creator of the Other Hormone Method
For more than 35 years, I've cared for patients as a nurse. Again and again, I've watched women in midlife get told their symptoms are "just hormones," while the blood sugar changes underneath went unchecked.
I created the Other Hormone Method to close that gap. It brings clinical knowledge together with natural lifestyle principles, taught in plain language and practiced in community.
My approach is practical: real education, your own numbers, and habits you can keep for the next chapter, not just the next eight weeks.
